Teen Heroes

BLOG POST #149: This week, in  honor of Mother’s Day, I thought I’d share a recent story you probably didn’t see on the news. A story about three teenage boys, any one of them a mom would be proud to call her son.

I’m sure you’ve heard the news event where the friends from high school were together on the train to Paris when a terrorist opened fire. Hollywood made a movie about the Americans heroes.

I thought of that story when I read about these boys. They didn’t fight off a terrorist but their instantaneous reaction to come to the aid of another is pretty astonishing for their age.
