He’d been a teacher with the school district for eleven years when he was caught stalking and harassing students.

The teacher became fixated on a 17-year-old male student in his band class.

The teacher told the boy he had a crush on him.

There were invitations to house parties where alcohol was being served.

High School Teammate Bully

This case resulted from an investigation at the high school for an unrelated incident.

Disgusting Behavior

The bully told the victim to pick up the football when he refused the bully put the victim in a “10 candy bar game” position (victim on their back, bully sitting on the victim’s chest pinning his arms down with the bully’s knees, then the victim is repeatedly thumped on their forehead). While in the game position, the bully allegedly hit the victim and rubbed his genitals against the boy.

Love Sick Teacher

It’s troubling when you see headline news stories like this: “Roseville instructional aide accused of having sex with student.” …detectives charged the 21-year-old with suspicion of three felony charges relating to unlawful sex with a minor under the age of 18….

That’s what aired last night on the local ABC network in Sacramento. I’ll watch for updates to see where this case goes. *Innocent until proven guilty*

This week the topic isn’t exactly a sex crime, more like a fatal attraction. I felt it was important to share yesterday’s news because it plays into the big picture of crimes occurring at or connected to schools. Sadly, these types of crimes occur more frequently than my weekly blog posts.
