People naturally open their doors when someone on the other side knocks or rings the bell. We naturally trust people. It’s built into our DNA until someone compromises that trust, but until they do, we open the door.
Imagine you’re a police detective. You’re called to the home of a 41-year-old deceased woman. The first thing you see is the deceased woman surrounded by rose petals. Your first thought is of a jilted lover, right? Wrong.
People can get angry over simple mistakes, and this true crime is a prime example. A 57-year-old man eating a sandwich at a fast-food place realized there was no meat in his sandwich. Side note - this also happened to a friend of ours when we were out to dinner at a nice restaurant. Slip-ups happen.
